What makes a Kiwi Camp…

A kiwi camp is about fun and laughter.

A kiwi camp is about staying up late and snoring all night.

A kiwi camp is about splashing and getting hit  by the waves at the beach.

It has a waterslide filled with adrenalin.

It’s kayaking until your arms ache.

A kiwi camp is having a tiny teddy race.

A kiwi camp is about screaming down the waterslide  until you have no voice.

It’s the sound of the air rifle and kids screaming.

It’s about trying to shoot the target.

A kiwi camp is having a piece of watermelon  and  a sandwich for lunch.

It’s feeling confident and brave pushing off the top of the waterslide.

It’s a late night Burma Trail full of screams, squeals and tears.

A kiwi camp is about playing all day.

A kiwi camp is waking up the teachers at 12.30 a.m..

A kiwi camp is what makes ‘A kiwi kid”.
